About the Role
Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to remotely support our federal customer in Bridgeport, WV. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, while taking part in a multi-year initiative to modernize our customer's large-scale IT systems.
Security Clearance requirement (US CITIZENS): Secret Clearance
Location: Telework (Remote 100%)

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
Active Secret security clearance
Minimum of 6 years' experience in transactional data analysis
Experience communicating service performance against key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders
Experience with digital platforms and real-time collection and presentation of data
Supports the Product Manager to make sure their service meets performance requirements.
Communicates service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures high-quality analysis of agency transaction data.
Supports digital platforms and real-time collection and presentation of data.
Shares examples of best practice in digital performance management across government.
Identifies delivery obstacles to improve transactional performance in agencies and working with teams to overcome those obstacles.
