Trilogy Innovations announces strategic organizational changes at West Virginia’s fastest-growing company

In a strategic move to bolster its leadership team and continue its trajectory of innovation and customer-centric solutions, Trilogy Innovations, Inc., has announced a series of key executive promotions. Company co-founder Randy Cottle steps up as the new President, Nina Powers is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Shane Powers takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).


Trilogy CEO Brandon Downey expressed confidence in the new appointments. “These changes are necessary to continue to deliver innovative solutions for our customers,” said Downey. “Each of these leaders brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success that is vital for our next phase of growth.”


Downey said Randy Cottle, the newly appointed President, has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. In her capacity as the new CFO, Nina Powers will oversee the company’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health and sustainability. In the role of COO, Shane Powers will be responsible for the company’s operational strategy.
