Trilogy Innovations implements company-wide 3C program to strengthen employee capabilities and support long-term career growth

BRIDGEPORT, West Virginia — January 22, 2026 — Trilogy Innovations, Inc., a leading IT systems and software engineering services company, has announced a program designed to strengthen the capabilities of its employees and support long-term career growth.

Trilogy’s new 3C Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Program is a company-wide initiative that focuses on compliance, capability, and curiosity.

“This program is a direct reflection of the value we put on our unique culture, an environment where our employees can widen their bandwidth and advance their careers,” said Trilogy Chief Operating Officer Shane Powers. “We are in the midst of a rapidly evolving technical landscape, and this is a critical step in making sure we add value to our employees as Trilogy scales its business model.”

The program, explained Kathryn Lake, Trilogy Manager of Talent Engagement and Education Partnerships, responds directly to industry data showing that structured learning programs dramatically improve retention, engagement, and performance. Trilogy’s L&OD strategy positions learning as both a business imperative and a core part of Trilogy’s employee experience.

“The 3C program organizes all training into three accessible pathways: Compliance, Capability, and Curiosity,” Lake said. “These pillars balance required training with opportunities for career development and personal growth.”

The program focuses on the three pillars as follows:

·      Compliance ensures Trilogy maintains essential standards such as cybersecurity, ISO requirements, onboarding, and safety, protecting Trilogy and its customers;

·      Capability focuses on deepening role‑specific skills through certifications with organizations like AWS and Red Hat, and technical training and professional methodologies like SAFe/Agile; and

·      Curiosity encourages employees to explore new technologies, leadership skills, soft‑skills development, and areas of interest that support well‑rounded professional growth.

The 3C Program will roll out as a year‑long pilot in February 2026, pairing structured learning plans with measurable progress checkpoints. Employees and managers will meet quarterly to review metrics, align goals, and ensure training remains meaningful and achievable. The program includes multiple delivery methods — from free online platforms to hybrid learning tools and paid certifications — making development flexible and accessible for every employee.

“Ultimately, the 3C Program strengthens Trilogy’s ability to scale, innovate, and compete,” said Lake. “By building a certified, highly capable workforce and fostering a culture of curiosity, we increase our readiness for new contracts, enhance institutional knowledge, and create meaningful career paths for our employees. This structure ensures every employee has a clear, supported pathway to develop both expertise and motivation. The program directly supports organizational goals — from expanding into new markets to improving our AWS partner standing and nurturing future leaders.”

Powers emphasized that the program will serve as an important, foundational component for Trilogy employees.

“As our workforce grows in skills and confidence, Trilogy grows in opportunity,” he said. “This framework is an investment in our people, our culture, and our long‑term success.”
