Trilogy Innovations Welcomes Yvette Rogers as Executive Vice President of Program Management

Trilogy Innovations, Inc. is pleased to welcome Yvette Rogers as Executive Vice President of Program Management. Yvette brings extensive leadership experience across the military, federal government, and private sector, with a track record of guiding complex federal and defense programs from strategy through delivery.

Most recently, Yvette served as President and Executive Vice President in the government contracting sector, where she oversaw a roughly $77 million portfolio of professional services and products and led more than 50 staff across 60+ federal contracts. Previously, she served as Acting Chief of Deployment Technologies at the Defense Health Agency, overseeing requirements, investment planning, and governance for a $500 million annual readiness portfolio supporting warfighter medical IT needs for the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and the Services.

Yvette began her career with 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Commander after serving in senior roles across operations, policy, and training. Her experience includes tours on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Navy Staff, as well as representing U.S. policy in NATO C3 forums.

She holds three master’s degrees in Information Systems Management, Business Administration with a focus in Project Management, and Educational Administration, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is also DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management.

Yvette joins Trilogy during an important period of continued growth. Her appointment reinforces Trilogy’s commitment to pairing strong technical capabilities with experienced program leadership, trusted customer relationships, and the adaptability required to support complex mission needs.
