Trilogy Innovations, Inc., announces the appointment of Jessica Delaney as Business Development Analyst.

Delaney has a master’s degree in information technology and a strong foundation in IT systems, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating complex information into clear insights that support growth and partnerships. Known for her curiosity, adaptability, and people-first approach, Jessica brings both structure and creativity to her work.
Her previous experience includes work as an Implementation Project Manager at Bluesight, a drug diversion monitoring solution that uses AI and machine learning to surface actionable analytics. She also worked as an Information Technology Project Manager and Data Analyst for the U.S. Department of Energy in Morgantown, West Virginia, and as a System Administrator at Cornell University and West Virginia University.
Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, and Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Fairmont State University.
