Trilogy Chief Growth Officer to share industry perspective alongside various federal agency leaders at August 25th event
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — August 19, 2026 — Trilogy Innovations, Inc., an SBA 8(a)-certified federal IT solutions provider, announced today that Chief Growth Officer Bill McKenna has been selected to participate in “Looking Ahead at DHS for 2027”, a panel discussion featuring senior leaders from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection (CBP).
As the only small business executive on the panel, McKenna will bring a distinct perspective on innovation mission delivery, and emerging technology priorities within federal government agencies. The event will take place August 25, 2026, at LMI Headquarters in Tysons, Virginia.
McKenna’s Participation reflects the important role small businesses play in supporting complex federal missions and helping agencies adopt innovative technology solutions. Drawing on Trilogy’s experience supporting mission-critical federal programs, including its role as prime contractor on the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Divisions FAST CLIN 3 National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Services contract, McKenna will contribute a perspective rooted in agility, accountability, and mission outcomes.
Panelists are expected to discuss key technology trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the future of DHS operations and services.
"DHS cannot capture the full mission value of AI until it can trust the identity behind every user, agent, and transaction, and Zero Trust has to lead that curve, not follow it," McKenna said. "Industry has to be accountable for outcomes we can measure, and we need to get ahead of synthetic identity fraud and the post-quantum transition before either becomes an operational crisis."
McKenna serves as Trilogy's Chief Growth Officer, leading the company's federal growth strategy across homeland security, law enforcement, health, defense, and civilian missions. He holds a Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security from George Washington University and has extensive experience translating federal policy, cybersecurity priorities, and emerging technology into executable acquisition and mission strategy.
