“Laura is a people-focused executive who believes strong organizations are built by taking care of the people inside them,” Lambert said. “Her work centers on creating environments where employees feel supported, leaders feel confident, and teams can grow without losing trust, clarity, or purpose.”
Collman has held senior leadership roles overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance development, leadership training, and workforce planning. She focuses on helping managers lead well, strengthening culture during growth, and ensuring employees understand how their work connects to the bigger picture.
Collman’s previous career experience includes executive management positions at Oregon-based Impel Company, NSTXL (National Security Technology Accelerator), and the Project Production Institute.
